Her work spans social media management, content creation, email marketing, website and platform management, and a wide range of administrative and operational support.
Throughout her career, Darren has worked across different industries and business environments, often stepping in to manage the behind-the-scenes details that keep digital operations organized and moving forward.
She brings a practical and adaptable approach to her work, with the ability to manage both ongoing responsibilities and the unexpected tasks that come with running an online business.

The little story behind Grow Social Gram.
Before Grow Social Gram became what it is today, there was Smithie.
Smithie was my little boy, my companion and a huge part of my life. My love for pets was also a big part of why I started Grow Social Gram in the first place and Smithie was at the heart of that.
What started as a business inspired by my love for pets eventually grew into something bigger. Grow Social Gram now works with all kinds of businesses but that original love for pets is still a part of who we are.
In 2026, Smithie crossed the rainbow bridge. It was one of those losses that changes you, and saying goodbye to him made this little piece of Grow Social Gram's story feel even more important to keep.
He may no longer be here beside me, but he will always be part of the story behind Grow Social Gram.
